I was just wondering from my fellow active -Rainer's if they're phone is starting to ring. This past week I have been asked to list 3 clients homes and have picked up 3 buyers which compared to the week before is night and day better. Although the buyers are coming from one source a mortgage broker that actually pays for her leads and she gets a lot of them. I'm just in hopes that all of you are seeing the same thing and are getting an increase in activity. In Alabama things are picking up. Hope all is well. Have a great weekend!!!!!!!!!!!
