Spring is in the air!

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Nachman Realty
Well after a somewhat lackluster winter season things here on the OBX are looking up.  Of course as I was reading CNN.com last night I had all but written off my real estate endeavors and traded my laptop for a spatula.  The media has been playing havoc with real estate almost as much as the economy itself.  Between Obama, Hillary and Brittney if there is no news there then there must be some doomsday information on Wall Street.  Maybe the article I read was correct we are a walk-away society but as for me ...I think I will stay right where I am.
