Lender Owned Listings
I'd like to get other Realtors(R) perspectives who handle REO's for lenders in the Tucson area on the situation below. I have yet to ever be asked by a lender about additional marketing for a lender owned property. Each lender that I have worked with is much more concerned with the opinion of value, repairs, and how quickly the property can be listed on the MLS. I am interested to see what other request licensees are receiving from lenders in the Tucson area. (besides the basics, such as a list of repairs, photos, as is value versus repaired, turning utilities on, re-keyed, etc.)
