There's no substitute for EXPERIENCE!

Yes, SOME homes in Jefferson Township are REALLY SELLING.  Yes, that is VERY COOL. 

As soon as we get some administrators in power who understand how to serve the students at their highest and best AND THEN the general population in town starts voting FOR THE SCHOOL BUDGET, we could be well on our way to being a "highly desirable place to live."  Right now we have the gorgeous scenery and really sweet neighborhoods....get the schools on board and we'll hit paydirt.
