Inventory of homes for sale have leveled off over the past 4 to 6 months, inventory of land for sale continues to rise (possibly less builders buying up inventory).
Rates continue to remain very competitive (30 year fixed about 5.8%) and sellers seem to be adjusting their price. This could stimulate sales later in the year.
