Call toll free 888-DTY-2009 and give your name and address for a free coupon for a converter box (while supplies last) if your television uses an antenna.
If you have cable or Direct TV (or any other provider) you do not need to do anything.

The coupons will arrive in your mail once the boxes are available in your area and you then have 90 days to purchase the box. The boxes cost between $40 and $70 - the coupon will offset $40 of that price. Each household is allowed two coupons.
This offer ends March 31, 2009 OR when the coupons are depleted.
