These are some eye opening statistics prepared through data taken directly from the sunshine mls system. These are numbers that reflect just the Bonita Springs & Estero marketplace.  While the signs of growing inventories are concerning; the market is correcting very nicely and this is opening up wonderful opportunities for the full time home owner, the investor buyer and the 2nd home seasonal buyer.  Prices have fallen nearly 50% in many of the latest sales taking place which is providing that super buying opportunity.

We have some of the greatest beaches in the world along side world-class golf courses. Southwest Florida offers a heavenly paradise of lifestyles from beaches to boating to golfing to cultural events! If fishing is your thing as it is mine; the Gulf waters offer a haven of species for sport and keeper fishing.

We shouldn't be overlooked as the Southwest Florida market offers exemplary lifestyles for the tourist, seasonal homeowner or full time resident.

Along with new reductions in property taxes which affect the entirety and these new low prices for homes not seen in years as well as continued historically low interest rates; Southwest Florida's paradise should be considered once again for visitor's and home buyer's alike.
