Litchfield Park Sales for the week prior to January 31, 2007
The previous week saw 23 homes close escrow in Avondale. Average home sale price was $397,750 while the average asking was $404,200. Average days on the market were 90 with several homes expiring from the MLS.
The average square footage for all these homes was 2,732. That comes in at just over $145 per square foot. Not bad considering this last year of declines.
