A Confession from your Steamboat Realtor who played ski hooky...

Let me just say that I feel a tiny, tad bit guilty that I skied an incredible blue-bird day yesterday, that I felt compelled to share.  Don't think that I have ever seen quite so many smiling faces...mine included.  The groomers were the place to be with sparsely populated runs like Rainbow, Quick draw, Hurricane, Vag...the list goes on and on.   I don't know about you, but Heavenly Daze is certainly not one of my favorite runs at the end of the day, however it was as good as it ever gets yesterday afternoon.  Top to bottom of the Daze I went, with the quads burning, but the smile never faded.  It really made me realize...this is one of the main reasons why we own here.  Just to see the entire valley below carpeted in champagne powder from God's vantage, is beyond words.  I know that you all know... exactly what I mean.

Happy "almost" spring time"...

Your ‘Boat Bud,

Suellyn

It's Okay if you check "market conditions" from time to time? How else are you going to be able to answer "how's the ski conditions?" :-)

Suellyn:

Everyone needs to play hooky from work, especially a career as demanding as ours.  Your day on the slopes sounds magical.

Chris Ann, It really was a great day.  Think I need to check out the ski conditions this Friday.  OOOh...that did sound so good.

Thanks Chuck...How did it sound using it with Chris Ann?  Should have posted this at the beginning of the ski season.  Maybe then I could check out the golf courses in a few months.  Hmmmm....I think we're on to something.
