These prices are not going to last for long. As of the end of January 75 units have been sold, and after every 5 units are sold the price will continue to go up. At the projected end of phase 2 building in August 2008 the price for a 4 bedroom garden will be up to $230,900. Also, these prices are without monthly Condo Association fees which are moderate and range anywhere between $130-$160.
