We've instituted a profit-sharing concept for our agents here at Home Towne Real Estate, with our lending and title partners. Essentially agents don't have to wait to get vested, our partners don't make money for the broker, and we all have extra incentive to use those partners. Even better, our partners work very hard at maintaining a high level of service, not experiencing that "we've got the account" dropoff I've seen in other, larger companies.

 Anyone have any good ideas for driving up partner usage?

Beyond the profit sharing and in-house nature of our partners, their presence at company events, trainings, community events, etc seems to seal the deal quite often -- but we're by no means perfect, I'd love to hear other ideas.
