I've used Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape, Seamonkey, Opera, and now Flock. Flock Web Browser is aptly named the Social Browser. According to dictionary.com, a flock is defined
as a number of animals of one kind especially sheep, goats, or birds, that keep or feed together or are herded together. Definitely this social browser is not being used by sheep, goats or birds but by people like you and me. But like them, we herd, feed and congregate for information, that is why it is called a social browser.
Flock Web Browser is a free, next generation, open source, cross platform web browser. It was built on Firefox's technology, But unlike Firefox, Flock is a collaborative browser that can share various media technologies and allows people to connect online.
