One Picture To Prove Why You Should Move To Peoria Arizona

Playing in water

One look at the national weather channel and all I see is snow, snow, and more snow coming.  Yet my daughter and her friend asked me this morning if they could go out front and play with the hose to spray each other.  Even though there aren't any leaves on the trees yet, there they are.  I had to snap a picture.

I think to myself, with the Peoria Arizona real estate market being a buyers market right now, it is a great time for those thinking of retiring here to purchase a second home or even move to Peoria, Arizona right now.

This picture only reinforces why so many people move to Arizona every year.  As of the 2006 census there were 3.7 million people in Maricopa county.  The experts predict that the population will have doubled around the year 2025.  Peoria is one of the fastest growing cities in Arizona, and the north part of Peoria is beginning to give Scottsdale a run for its money.  All of this adds up to a temporary soft market.  Once the over supply of homes are purchased the market will begin trending upwards once again.

So come to Arizona to get your piece of Peoria Arizona real estate and come play in the water with us!

That's really a great post! I'm sure you're making a lot of people in the Mid-west and east coast jealous!  We are definately spoiled living in the desert!

Bobbi,

I am up in the Chicago area and there is a cold, white blanket covering everything.  Thanks for rubbing it in my face.  :-)

Richard, I didn't mean to rub it in your face, but boy it sure is wonderful here.  Yes it does get hot, but we don't have to shovel sun.
