Stirling Sotheby's International Realty formed a marketing alliance with an affiliate brokerage firm in Portugal to promote Central Florida properties and developments.
Portugal Sotheby's International Realty will work with Lake Mary-based Stirling Sotheby's to market and sell to Portugal's growing market of buyers from across the country, according to a news release.
"Their increasingly active economic sector is generating affluent Portuguese and international investors who want to buy homes in Central Florida," says Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby's, in a prepared statement.
The Portuguese firm joins a growing list of international affiliate companies for the company, which looks to attract overseas buyers to Central Florida through these partnerships.
Stirling Sotheby's last year announced affiliations with British Home Loans Florida, a Kissimmee company that provides mortgages to British homebuyers, and two Sotheby's offices in Moscow and Japan.
