We hit 70 degrees today in Newnan Georgia, and I took advantage of it. I pulled the top back on my red Miata and took off across the county. Although my bliss was interrupted by one property showing and getting my numbers together for the Million Dollar Club application, I was able to spin around from subdivision to subdivision and seeing something I haven't seen for a while.
Buyers! Real live buyers were out and about and house hunting. Ah, the real estate business in Coweta County is alive and well, albeit we'll be making lower offers, many of them to the bank's REO department, but hey - a sale is a sale!
So for those of you in colder climates - prepare yourself! When the snow melts, you'll have buyers. Lots of them. In the meantime, finish that CE you've been putting off and why not get started on your income tax return? April is just around the corner.
