What happened? Is it because the Spring Market is here? Is it because of the wonderful marketing program w
e have on line and here on Active|Rain? Is it because we have been farming our areas, and prospecting everywhere possible for years, and it is finally paying off?
I see other Realtors in the area that are having a slow time right now. Some of those experienced agents have not embraced technology. Could Active|Rain be helping us pass those older agents by? Could this be a sign of the changing of the guard? Could they be right that those that do not learn that Real Estate is different in 2008 than it was just a couple years ago, will be having more frequent slower periods between closings?
