Seems Simple: Get traffic interested in your city..by having info about your city!

Services for Real Estate Pros with Yucaipa Home Source

Having worked with hundreds of Realtors over the past 3 years and helping them refine their website strategies, I realize that the simple truth is the simple things get looked over too easily. Before you worry about "long tail keywords" "meta tags" or inbound one way hyperlinks with or without nofollow tags, you need to get back to basics.

Simply put, if you want visitors who are interested in buying in a specific community, like my target market is Yucaipa, then you actually need to add content about that city to your website. Create a city page that has unique relevant information relvant to your community. Provide plenty of unique pictures and provide a perspective on why someone would want to buy a home in your city.

The reason this is effective is because search engines are text based, and are looking for non-duplicate information to display for people searching to get information about your area. Be that person to fill that niche!

This is a simple yet often overlooked strategy. I've been working on more city-specific content lately and am starting to see benefits in just putting the info together. Once I get everything written and the search engines start finding it, that will be a bonus!

Have to look on my site.  I am sure it there is a page but it probably needs to be customized.

James,

You can also use a site like pad4pad.com that will help match your clients with individuals looking to move to your city.
