Real Estate Shows; How many do you do per listing?

Our MLS will only accept 2 photo tours, with RES, of course, being my choice.

Realtor.com charges for more than one.

And I like the RES flyers that let me drop them in an email.

Lately I have started to do interior and exterior shows for properties.  It's not hard when a property leads me to take over 100 photos.

 

And then I need to do one show with both interior and exterior shots for flyers and Realtor.com.

I'm hoping that future enhancements will allow two shows in one RES flyer, or allow us to expand beyond the 9 photo limit in the show.

Mike, Have you tried the connect shows together feature?  I haven't looked into this with the flyers, but perhaps that is the fix you need?   I don't know if that would work with the mls (I used the very stripped version there) but you could try playing with that a bit and see what you can do.

I agree. I do multiple shows, and I wish there could be more than 9 photos per show. I talked to the RES people before I signed up- their rationale was that the show is like a quick commercial fro the house, and that too long a show will lose the interest of the viewer.
