This townhouse is located in Historic Roswell, Georgia.
It is in walking distance to shopping, antique stores, restaurants, Art Galleries, and parks.
This end unit townhome has the master bedroom on the main floor.
Upstairs is another bedroom, a bonus room and the laundry room.

We have the listing but we're still waiting for the Bank to tell us what price they want it listed for.
This listing is not in our MLS system yet. It was not advertised any where.
All I did was plant a few signs and wellah, over 30 people visited!
Today will be spent contacting these folks and thanking them for stopping by.
I'll be calling them again later when I have a list price for this property.
I think this property will sell quickly.
