2007 SALES IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE EXCEED MORE THAN $1.3-BILLION

BRENTWOOD, TN., Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce that based on its Total Dollar Sales Volume in 2007, the company out sold all other competing real estate firms in Middle Tennessee in total dollar volume of listing sides and selling sides in closed sales.

Based on MLS statistics, January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007, in Middle Tennessee the company achieved sales of more than $1.3-billion, bettering the nearest competing real estate firm in the region by more than $446-million.

  • In Williamson County real estate in 2007, Crye-Leike, Realtors sold more homes than it's competitors, achieving more than $309-million in sales.
  • In Maury County, MLS statistics in 2007 show the company with sales topping more than $73-million.
  • In Robertson County in 2007 Crye-Leike Sales nearly doubled it's two closest competitors in the market, coming in at more than $36-million in sales volume for the year.
