Good Morning and Greetings from Tottenville Appleseed Realty GMAC real estate office. I have just joind the ActiveRain network today. Also, I have newly joined Appleseed company as of April 2007. When I took over the office in Tottenville there was only one agent working in the office and 3 listings, I have added to this 'fine office' 22 licensed agents and accumulated about 50+ listings in less than a year. Since then my long time Administrative Assistant joined me and her name is Barbara. My second job in the company is loan officer with Mortgage Links.
Barbara has been active in the real estate business for as long as I have been, 15 years. She knows the business inside and out. Barbara is also Charity organizer namely America Cancer Society, MS, Juvenile -Diabetes, Autism, Muscular Dystrophy. If you wish to contribute any time just call 718-226-7100 and ask for Barbara.
The office has a cheerful upbeat business atmosphere. My goals for 2008 would be to double the size of -my office working agents. I pretty much give the agents free reign and flexibility to work and prosper in this ever changing real estate market, of course lending my guideance when needed.
I have been active in the mortgage business most of my career and love it! Any person wishing to buy a home can talk to me about mortgage programs and get pre approved within an hour.
