Hey there! I am David Gardner with Coldwell Banker Pinnacle Properties in Florence, AL. I am writing this blog to give you guys out there a sense of who I am and to share some helpful information that maybe you can use when buying or selling real estate in the entire Shoals area. I will do my best to post at least 2 or 3 times a week!
Spring must be almost here because my cell phone is ringing more often, my website is getting more hits, and I am receiving more emails from interested buyers & sellers. This morning I have sent info on several properties to 3 different clients. All 3 of them called just this morning.
I better wrap this up because I need to go purchase my dad's birthday gift before my next appointment. He turns 61 tomorrow, and my 2 older sisters are counting on me to go pick up his gift from the 3 of us! Wonder what my mom is giving him? Oh well! Gotta go for now, but I look forward to this new journey in the blogging world.
