Hi Walter,
I use Market Leader by House Values. I LOVE it. It helps me keep in touch w/past clients and new leads. The automatic emailing of many different newsletters is great. Some people have been in my database over 4 years and still send me notes after they receive my emails. I also subscribe to listing leads --- when my market was very slow I stayed with their follow up system until I could subscribe again - my last 2 listings came from HouseValues leads. Many take time to mature.... 1 listing was from a Jan 07 lead, the other was this year....
