Opportunity Knocks!!!

The sad truth is that opportunity doesn't knock twice. You can put things off until tomorrow but tomorrow may never come. Where will you be a few years down the line. Will it be everything you dreamed of. We seal our fate with the choices we take, but don't give a second thought to the chances we take.

Midori, I see this a lot with clients, they wait, the opportunity passes them by. At some point you have to have faith in your choices, jump in and go with it.

I agree with you Debbie, I also see it in associates as well.  I believe you should try and give every opportunity a shot that presents itself to you.  Thanks for the comments

I also see this alot with clients, they always wait and put it off til tomorrow.

Client: "I am not sure who I am going to do my loan through... I am waiting for a few lenders to call me back."

The Outcome... Now your clients can't even get financed because they shopped around too much and their credit scores have fallen!

Client: "Now what!!!"

Well all I can say is "I told you so and better luck next time."

Great Post, It is so true.

Shane-I used to mortgages, I no longer do them, did not like being a loan officer at all.  I would tell customers not to shop around or make any big purchases.  If they chose not to listen, NEXT!!!  People from all walks of life do miss out on opportunity! You have to ask, how much did it cost them?  I try and take every opportunity that I can physically handle, it will payoff in the long run.  Thanks for the comments.
