- There were 35 home sales that closed in February
- The average list price was $112,717
- The highest list price was $299,000 & the lowest was $23,500
- The average sale price of those 35 transactions was $105,381
- The average total days on the market was 208
- 41 homes went under contract and are marked pending for the month of February.
Of those 35 closed transactions, 16 were bank owned & 2 were water front.

- There were 10 condo sales that closed in February.
- The average list price was $71,072
- The highest list price was $149,900 & the lowest was $30,000
- The average sale price of those 10 transactions was $64,340
- The average total days on the market was 209
- 0 condos went under contract and are marked pending for the month of February.
- 3 of the 10 closed condos were bank owned.
