Lake Front Wanted, Traverse City Michigan or surrounding area

I have a couple buyers interested in Travers City or surrounding area. Must be lake front, but not necessarily on the big lake. It can be on an in lake.

Looking for at least 2- 3 bed rooms.

I would like to have at least 10 listing to send there way. And make a weekend of showing them the properties.

A couple areas of interest where Leelanau, Crystal Lake, Glen Harbor. And of course the Big Lake.

Price range can be from $150,00 to $350,00 due to the fact I have 2 separate buyers. I will weed through the listings.

If anyone has listing that would match this criteria I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.

Maybe we can make a sale. :)

I live in Colorado but I have a Cottage in Spring Lake. I hope you find something on Water in that Price Range its like "Dream the Impossible Dream"

Thank you for the crash course in Real Estate 101.

But I would like you to know I am doing my job. I have done my homework and have many listing in that area. I was only hoping to get a little inside from realtor's around the area. And asking for more listings is working and doing my job!

You do not know me or do you have the right to judge me on how I do my job.

I consider my self to be very efficient in stepping out side the box of Internet listings.

And I am sorry that you feel the way you do towards realtor's.
