COMMERCIAL INVESTING AND DEVELOPMENT

For real estate agents, financial planners, accountants, you should consider advising your clients to invest in commercial real etstate ventures. Many Latin American and Caribbean countries are outperforming any other investment they could make - 17 - 30%. Land value is still low and the demand for tourism is very high.  Projects to invest in are plentiful and funding is readily available.

Our firm specializes in funding from $200K to $700 Billion for hotels, resorts, shipyards, commercial office buildings, apartment buildings. New construction, acquisition, or takeout strategies. Non recourse, 100% Loan to Cost, Debt/Equity, JV, for projects that are strong, have all entitlements, ready to go.

Email me your need for commercial funding including a complete package to WendyAbner@msn.com

good post - the oversees investments is something I know very little about but maybe someday?!  I am mainly residential currently but would like to make the natural progression to commercial as soon as possible.  Thanks for the thoughts.

Mike - We don't list commerical property, but I have lots of contact that supply us with the deals and would be happy to help you find some off market.

John and Lisa - Yes, Commerical, ie high end is booming, Caribbean, Mexico, Costa Rica are hot, as well as for condo purchases/timeshares.

David - it is definitely a different game than residential, playing with the big boys, but they need me and I don't have to fight them over rates!!!!

Katrina - thanks, no , I have an open house of my SBA loan client I closed for same day, Hope all goes well!! Will try to make Aprils mtg.

We have seen the same near Nashville.  While the residential market has slowed somewhat, calls for commercial building inspections have picked up.
