Dorene,

I have done some but only when they are offering 65 or 75 dollars. If they are close by me, I will accept. I enjoy the experience and fortunately have not expereinced the situation where a lender comes back for more information.

I believe it gives the lender who is in Texas or somewhere far away a picture of what our local market is doing.
