Why won't you talk to us?

Home Stager with A Home 2 Show

Dear Realtors,

We are A Home To Show, a home staging and organizing company with soooooooooooooooo much to offer, please take a look at our website www.ahometoshow.ca, any comments are appreciated. We have tried, and tried and tried and tried, to get the attention of Realtors, just to get in to see someone is basically impossible.  Is it because there are sooooooooooooooo many stagers out there?  Is it because Realtors are just so busy we get deleted off the email list every time there is an email?   This is a genuine question, I am sure there are some Realtors who do take the time to return emails and calls, but for the most I get the feeling we get pushed to one side, and yet our jobs in the industry go hand in hand, or at least they should.  We are here to help you, and to help your client, that is all we want,  what is sooooooo wrong with saying HELLO to that.

Your thoughts would be much appreciated.

Many thanks

Tricia & EJ

I'll admit I don't really know much about staging.  I've seen staged houses before, I've talked to a stager once in my area at a funtion.

I've never recieved a phonecall from a stager, so I'm not sure if I would return the call or not.  It would depend on the message I guess.  I do recieve emails, but they are newletters, and not meant to be replied to.

One agent in my office loves her stager.  I've suggested she invite the stagger into the office for a 5-10 minute presentation to inform agents about the service.  We'll see if it happens?  I have recommended staging to a couple of clients, but, really had no knowledge or pricing to go to deep into it.

Thanks Chad,

I appreciate your honesty,

I feel that one of the problems is that the Realtor doesn't want to bring up the question about staging in fear of offending their client. Which is quite understandable.  We are willing to be the middle man and take that step for them, it's just unfortunate that realtors aren't willing to give us a chance to listen.

Inviting the stager into the office for a presentation to inform the other agents is a brilliant idea to let the other agents know about the services, I hope for the benifit of all the Realtors and yourself she does come in as it would be so benificial to you.

Thanks again Chad, Good Luck

Tricia
