Wendy and Marshall Kauffman were referred to me from their parents in order to purchase their first home. A week after close of escrow Kerry, a reporter from the Arizona Republic called and wanted to interview the Kauffman's on their purchase experience. Kerry's article was based on the fact that homes priced under $200,000 in the East valley are getting multiple bids and are in short demand.
The Kauffman's also found that many homes had multiple bids but those were almost always the homes under "short sale" conditions. They opted to look only at homes that were not in that position and found a great home that needed paint and carpet.
Since the article ran in The Republic, Good Morning America has contacted us to showcase the story on ABC. We are still in the scheduling process for the show.
