Why should a newly qualified Realtor choose your company?

By
Commercial Real Estate Agent with Doyno Realty

What does your company offer you that others don't?

What should we look for? What should be offered?

Are there any horror stories or any success stories out there?

I'd love to hear what you have to say about your experiences.

Paul:  I would think that someone brand new in the business should join a company that has lots of training for a newbie Realtor, and also a great local reputation and credibility.  When you walk into a listing... everything else being equal, it is really great to have the added credibility that a decently-well-known local company has.
