The winter is over in Niantic. Gone are the long months of waiting for "good weather" and approvals. Every day brings fresh news. The front building is being prepared for framing. New townhouse foundations will be poured this week. Our model will be ready by summer. Unglamorous as it might have been at the time, now we're glad all the site work is done. Within a few months, they say, you will hardly be able to see the site for all the "toothpicks" sticking up.
