HELOC?

Does anyone know of someone that offers a home equity line of credit to someone that currently owns their own business for less than 2 years?  This has been the hang up of some of the bigger companies I've tried to get a HELOC through.  I also have a higher than normal debt to income ratio.  All suggestions are appreciated.
