The following chart shows all residential single family home sales across the mountain and the number of listings sold by office according to the Rim Association of Realtors for the Period Jan. 1, 2008 to Feb. 29, 2008 as compared to the same period in 2007.
The overall market is off 32% in total transactions. Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty represented 49% of all sellers in the market area.
