HOT PRICE POINTS IN REALESTATE

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Platinum Realty

The media couldn't make it any worse!  All the doom and gloom we are hearing about the housing crisis is getting a little OLD.  There are still people relocating and upgrading.  Interest rates are phenomenal and there are still pricepoints out there that are still moving.  Too many people were too comfortable with the way things were going for too many years.  It's a cycle......the market must come back.  Realestate has been amazing for several years and it seems this crisis will define the ones that can "hang in there" and make it through the difficult times.  That is also good, those of us who can stay the course will have better odds of getting the listings and sales.  I have seen many a good client come through our doors in the Hills of Shannon and most of them are "quality"!  Pricepoints between $150,000 and $300,000 are still moving!  IT'S A GREAT TIME TO BUY OR BUILD AS THERE ARE ALOT OF GREAT DEALS OUT THERE!!!

Lynne, Great post.  Things are alive and well here in New Jersey and the last four months have been amongst my busiest ever.

Lynne,  I'm so very proud of you and all your accomplishments.  Best of luck to you and Rod at Hills of Shannon.  It's the hottest location north of the river. There isn't anywhere else you can get such a beautiful homesite for so little investment.

Welcome to ActiveRain, Lynne! Good advice that real estate is still local, and there are opportunities in any market.
