We don't do any of that! We spend the majority of our time servicing the needs of our clients. The philosophy is that if we do a great job for you, you will be happy to refer us to your friends and family. Thus, we don't need to spend time looking for new business. We choose to spend our time developing our relationships, finding you the perfect property, or finding the perfect buyer for your home.
