What goals are you trying to complished this year?

Listen, goals are great, but goals are nothing unless you ACT on them TODAY, not tomorrow.
Every morning I wake up and look at a great quote I wrote down on my planner (Yes, I said planner, I still like
paper to write down my information :) The quote goes like this;
" Your future is created by what you do today, not tomorrow "
I love that quote!
one great advise I was given is to be as specific as possible with your goal and review it every day.
For example;
I will loss 10 pounds by May 27th at 3:30pm
Be specific in your exersice plan and write everything down.
It works for me and I hope it works for you
