Services for Real Estate Pros with Bilingual Marketing

Hey guys I have a question.

I have been working on active rain for almost 10 months and I love it. For a long time I  thought that I could only put a post on 5 groups, actually at the beginning I  made a lot of mistakes because I wanted to have my post on more than 5 groups without repost it because this will be like spam.

Now, like 3 days ago I read a post that was like in 10 groups without being spam.

Can anyone help me and let me know how can I do this?

Thanks in advance.

I still can only post to 5 groups.  Maybe they posted it twice.

Hi Matthew.

Actually that wasn't the way I saw the post, if you post it twice looks like spam, not only for AR but also for search engines.

We still waiting for the right way to do this.

Thanks.

Joe, James & Matthew,  We can only post to 5 groups.  In the beginning, members could post to as many groups as they wanted but many were spamming groups.   So, I can't remember exactly when, but  they (Active Rain) decided we can only post to 5 groups!

Joe and Dale

Thank you for the answer.

I've been posting for 5 groups  because for what I knew that is the way, but I saw a post that unfortunately don't remember where I saw that was like in 10 groups, that's why I was wondering.

Now I know that was possible in the past but no mre.

Thanks a lot guys!!

That rule went out the window about a year ago. It use to be you could post to as many groups as you wanted. The new rule is 5 groups max. Best of luck.

To me posting on 5 groups at a time mixes it up a bit.  Just my opinion. Thanks good luck.

I am not sure, but I think after you post in 5 groups, you can go back and edit and change to different groups.  I don't know if you lose the first 5 group postings or if they just fade away or what.  I think I will go back to an older blog and try it.

There is a guy that goes by the nick name Earl the Pearl who seems to be good at this, sorry I can not remember his last name. Perhaps he will share with you how he does it.

Gary. thanks for the information, Ill try to find him!!

Scott. The first step is to a part of 5 or more groups, then when you are about to publish your post you will see the groups that you belong to and little boxes where you can check to wich groups you will like to publish your post, give it a shoot!!

Take care.

Hi Stephanie - First join the group that you would like to post to.  Then when you submit a blog, you will see the list of groups that you have joined.  Click on up to 5.  Newbie group is good, Realtors, and any group that is based on your subject matter.  If you look on the top of AR page, you will see "groups".  Click on that for a list.  Click on join group.  You can edit a previous blog, then submit it to any of your groups.  If you need help, email me.  Good luck!
