Just getting started here on Active Rain.  I'm really impressed with the variety of topics that are covered.  I hope you find our Showing Beacon helpful.  I provided a little history about how it came about in my profile.  The idea came from a frustrated homeowner... to help other homeowners.  I'd love to help with any questions you may have.
