The Market is Better Than You Think

The market in Champaign seems to be somewhat insulated because of the transient nature of our community, and also because we have a large number of professionals due to the University of Illinois, and the many medical facilities we have here in town. Our inventory is down from last year, another sign that houses are moving! And with interest rates probably lowering significantly in the next 6 months, we will see a lot of activity. If you are thinking about moving, this could be your year! Happy Wednesday!

Laurie,

It's encouraging to hear good news like yours from Champaign. Our mortgage and real estate markets here in Las Vegas have been beaten up for quite some time, although there are some hopeful signs now that maybe, maybe, things are slowly turning around. We do have great buying opportunities for everyone.
