I did the final analysis on written business today for the month of February. In January as a company we had 12 listings sell and 14 buyer controlled sales for a total of 26 written deals for the month. February we had 29 listings go under contract and 17 buyer controlled sales for a total of 46. The activity nearly doubled from January to February.
I wouldn't say we are out of the woods yet, but those numbers certainly are going the right direction.
