Now that the horses have been fed, I can now settle in and get some work done this evening! Dad had a great birthday and fun was had by all. I met the carpenter working on my investment property at Lowe's this morning to get some materials, and I'm really thinking this project is almost finished!
I worked about 2 hours this morning prospecting. That job is never complete!! I had a great lunch at our monthly Realtor Association meeting today. We had a great speaker and it was enjoyable. This afternoon, I set up several appointments for Friday and made several phone calls checking in with clients. People are getting excited about upgrading to their dream home this year. I'm excited about helping them achieve their goals!
