Day Late A Dollar Short or What Do I Do Now That I Missed The Boom?

Services for Real Estate Pros with Angle Consulting

My last entry covered a bunch of information on how to use your IRA to participate in real estate investing. But, isn't the boom over. No one will invest in real estate in this market.

Well, guess what, the real boom is about to begin.  Our illustrious Forth Estate, the media, is still kicking the mortgage crisis, foreclosures, soaring gas prices, etc.  They are doing this because bad news sells papers.  People love to hear about other people that are in worse shape than they are.

I am starting to see some interesting movement in the real estate market here is South Florida.  Properties are being bought and sold. They are just not overpriced!  Good deals get picked up quickly.

We are entering the beginning of the biggest real estate buying opportunity in 50 years. All you serious investors out there need to sharpen your pencils and get ready for the new boom.

Eventually the media will begin to realize that things are turning around and will start trumpet the news. You have the opportunity now to get out ahead of the curve.  Start to look closely for deals they are out there and there will be more in the coming months.

Remember if you have an IRA or 401K that is not self directed, we can show you how you can put those funds to work for you.  Perhaps you would even consider partnering with us.  We are actively looking for new private investors to participate in our transactions.  We have more deals than we can fund.  Contact me if you are interested.

Yours in Success,

Dick Weiss

I am sitting down with a new investor tomorrow - I think people are starting to come around.  I don't think we are at the bottom, but I think we are fairly close.

This is absolutely at great time for investors.  It is also a great time for people looking to purchase a hime as well.  I agree the media keeps trying to talk us into a recession.

Awesome for South Florida! There are some amazing opportunities there, rock bottom prices and solid population growth = very nice returns.
