March has finally arrived here in snowy Central New Hampshire with some sunshine and warmer temps. These encouraging signs should light up our real estate market also. I really believe that our area will see some buyers coming out of the snow banking's with Spring. Home prices are becoming attainable for people that work and live full time in the area and with lowing interest rates I am hoping local people and second home buyers alike will see the Buyer's market we are currently in. THINK SPRING!!!
