Today the activerain community is buzzing with the great news about the FHA loan limits. I have some great buyers that will fit perfectly into this type of loan. With the median home price here still high more buyers are able to qualify for these homes. In the city of Riverside I am seeing so much growth on the commercial end. It never seems to stop. There are so many companies coming here because it is still relatively cheap in comparison to our surrounding counties. I hope that this year will be the years where we will start to see a more positive turn around in the market.
I am receiving more and more calls from buyers who are looking at the local market and seeing some really good deals. And I think with the FHA loan limits more and more of those homes are becoming obtainable.
