Thanks to Networking (yes, with a capitol "N"), AR as well as Email blasts to over 500 local Realtors - I am now so busy I can't see straight.
Thanks to Michelle Minch, I have received an exceptional opportunity to be featured with her in a front page addition in the LA Times Real Estate Section. This then led to an offer to blog my Kauai project on-line exclusively for the LA Times. (If that goes through I'll just have to keep posting links to keep everyone here updated).
From my email blasts I have received 2 phone calls from prospective Realtors which I have scheduled for next week.
From my "Partner" in Orange Co., Monica Soberman, I received a referral for a staging here in the valley.
One bid submitted last week got the "go ahead"
And I found I am in the "Final 2" for a model home staging of three properties....
So here's my schedule:
Today 3/6/08 - pack, confirm all appoinments for next week,
3/7 - 3/10/08 - Kauai staging consulation
3/10/08 - Consultation Appointments at 10:00 & 12:00
Yes, 2 appointments after I come back on a red-eye flight - I MUST be crazy
3/11/08 - Regroup, appointment in my office at 10:30
3/12/08 - owner occupied staging
3/13/08 - vacant staging
3/14/08 - Round Table Meeting
3/15/08 - my 2 son's birthday party and camp out - yes, we are taking 7 boys camping
Mind you I am NOT complaining, busy is GOOD - stressful, but good !
On the other hand I want to yell, "HELP!!!! I think I need to hire another assistant!!!!!!!!!!"
Any suggestions on placing a good ad? I'm now accepting applications...
