Fort Smith Real Estate might be very complicated to some but I will try to bring some clarity to the Crawford County Market Report: January through February 2008.
In 2007 there were 93 residential units that sold between January and February. In 2008 there were 90 residential units sold during the same time frame. Crawford county only saw a very slight decrease of 3%!!! That is very good when other markets are suffering from double digit losses.
