Round Rock Texas Home Builders need your business
Builders in Round Rock Tx and surrounding cities are offering closing costs paid, appliance packages and even up to $40,000.00 off list inventory prices. National doom and gloom in the housing market has plagued many builders locally even when our market has remained relatively strong. What does this mean for you as a consumer? Their pain is your gain! Realtors representing buyers are making offers on new construction homes that would normally be snubbed by sales managers. Today the buyer is able to walk into padded equity and loads of upgrades in award winning Master Planned communities. When choosing to by a new construction home you are entitled to representation by law with a licensed Realtor. Using a buyers agent not only protects you from costly mistakes but also is a free service when you do not have a home to sell. Make sure your Real Estate Agent specializes in the new construction arena and is a seasoned Negotiator. Troy TrummThank you for the help and words of encouragement! In response to the question about hoping this isnt a sign of a softening market.... I think the lending debacle with sub prime hurt our market more than anything else. Slow down? Nah, just the typical December January! I have more buyers and people selling nice homes than usual and my agents all seem to be very busy. Could be a combination of us being very good at what we do and a stable Austin area market. I do keep my fingers crossed every day that this market for us continues to grow and housing along with job growth stay above average. Take care everyone!
