Our year end service rating came in recently and it looks like buyers think a lot of our group of agents. Our customer satisfaction rating on the firm, from buyers in 2007 ... was at 98%! Way to go guys! This truly reflects on the quality of service these professionals provide their clients.
Also we have noticed that fresh cake appears on a certain day each month.....the day when a wonderful tenant comes in to pay rent. Apparently he always brings a fresh cake to the staff in property management. And I mean fresh, still warm and moist. Yum Yum! Good job ladies!
Service is the name of the game and we call it Premier Service !
