There is an old saying; " You can take the man out of the village but you can not take the village out of the man". I meet many people everyday. Some are pleasant and some are very nasty trying to make sure to get what they want by beeing mean, rude, or just making sure that you think only they are right.
I know in the Real Estate world you must be a little pushy but I think there is limit to everything in life, you pass the limit and POW all the hrd work is down the drain. Why not solve business issues with a little charm and class may be some respect. It is business we are all doing after all, trying to build an empire on the a very strong foundation.
